【Announcement】Explanation of Issues in the Qitmeer Network Community
Dear Qitmeer Network Community Members,
Recently, we have noticed some challenges encountered by community users when using the KAHF wallet, SWFT, and MEXC platforms. We are deeply committed to ensuring the stability and security of the network ecosystem. Therefore, we are actively collaborating with relevant teams to address these issues.
If you have any cross-chain or transactional needs, or if you have any questions regarding the use of these platforms, please refer to the following information:
- 🔹Issue 1: Solution for Cross-Chain Efficiency in the KAHF Wallet
The wallet team is currently focused on developing and optimizing version 3.0 of KAHF, which will include upgrades and optimizations to the cross-chain bridge.
We anticipate that the new version will be released in approximately two weeks.
During this period, there may be instances of insufficient liquidity when there is a high demand for cross-chain transactions. Therefore, we will closely monitor the liquidity situation and inject new liquidity as needed to ensure that users can access stable and reliable cross-chain services.
- 🔹Issue 2: Problem with Trading on MEXC for Some Users
Regarding the issue where some users are unable to trade on MEXC, we understand that due to the influence of various regional policies, MEXC has restricted trading for accounts in certain regions. However, withdrawal operations are still permitted, so there is no need to worry about your assets.
If you are located in a restricted region, we recommend trying other trading platforms or decentralized exchanges (DEXs) for trading. You may also consider registering and logging in from a supported region where MEXC operates.
- 🔹Issue 3: Solution for Unstable Trading on SWFT
Due to instability in the liquidity interface, trading on SWFT is temporarily unavailable. We anticipate resolving this issue within two weeks. Please patiently await the announcement regarding the fix, as we will promptly notify the community as soon as it is resolved.
