🚀🌐In the crypto market, users can choose to deposit their funds into specific trading pairs to contribute to the market by providing liquidity. This contribution can not only help increase the trading volume and depth of the market and improve the liquidity level of the market, but also allow users to obtain certain returns and increase the value of funds.

If you want to figure out how to add liquidity to CandySwap, take a look at our how-to guide. Next, we’ll start with the concrete steps.

💫Note: This process requires the use of the MetaMask wallet for authorization operations. Before adding liquidity operations, please add the QNG network and deposit MEER (EVM) and USDT (Qitmeer) as the required assets for the liquidity pair.

The process of adding liquidity to a trading pair

On the CandySwap liquidity page, click the Connect Wallet button in the upper right corner to link the address to be operated on.

After the wallet link is successful, click the Add Liquidity button and enter the two Token assets you want to provide liquidity (the values of the Tokens must be equal). After confirming the information, click Supply to proceed.

As shown in the figure below, this process provides 10 USDT and 94.67 MEER (each worth 10 USDT) as trading pair assets. The price pair of MEER and USDT is 0.105629 U for 1 MEER, which only accounts for less than 0.01% of the liquidity pool.

Check the number of LP Tokens available and their share in the liquidity pool. After confirmation, click the Confirm Supply button to proceed to the next step.

Subsequently, the MetaMask wallet pop-up window prompts that the transaction gas fee and amount need to be confirmed, please click the confirmation button.

While waiting for the transaction, you can click the Add Token button to add the generated LP Token to the MetaMask wallet for easy viewing.

🎊When you return to the liquidity page, the following interface appears, and if the amount entered into the pool matches the number of LP Tokens, it means that the liquidity of a trading pair has been successfully added.

If you do not want to continue to maintain the liquidity of an existing trading pair, you can click the remove button and the liquidity can be successfully removed after confirmation from the wallet.
