Account Deletion Null Error: Fixed a null error when deleting accounts.
Account Address Parameter Loading Fix: Corrected an error when loading account address parameters.
Stopped CPU Mining Block Generation: Resolved the issue where blocks were still generated after stopping CPU mining.
Log Level Duplication Fix: Prevented duplication when setting log levels.
Account UTXO Null Pointer: Fixed a null pointer error in account UTXO.

Removed DAG Type and Mining State Sync: Cleaned up unnecessary DAG type and mining state synchronization code.

Upgraded meerevm to v1.14.11 and qng to v2.0.3: Includes updates to dependencies and tools.
