Regarding EVM launch issues, EVM launch should meet the following requirements:

Technically: to ensure the safety of the network operation through repeated tests, to ensure that the user assets are not lost; Operation: sufficient resource allocation and operation support should be done before each ecological project is migrated back to the main network;

After the technical test and operation status meet the launch standards, EVM will be officially launched.
