QNG version 1.0.20+release Node performance optimization upgrade is finished! Please update to the latest version.

To all of our valued Qitmeer community users，

The latest version of QNG version 1.0.20+release-b8e198d has been officially released and upgraded. The charging and withdrawal transfer transaction operation has been restored to normal use. If there are still full nodes that have not been upgraded，please timely upgrade to the latest version.

Upgrade review

This version is not compatible with the old version. We have coordinated all mine pool nodes to finish the update first. If there are still nodes of the old version 19 that have not been updated，please update to the latest version as soon as possible!

During the version switching process，there was a service interruption for a period of time，which caused inconvenience to everyone. Please forgive and understand that the service has been fully restored.

In this update，QNG Testnet and Amana Testnet are the new ChainID and the entire testnet was re-created. Developers testing on the testnet were advised to redeploy the contract.
