- The exchange range will fluctuate with the market, and the total amount of MEER shall not be less than 15 USDT equivalent.
- The gas fee consumed will be deducted by during the exchange process.
- The receiving address should not be filled in the exchange address, but the address of your non-custodial wallet for this operation.

1、The interface keeps showing that SWFT AllChain services are currently unavailable in your country/area？
Please note that due to restrictions and sanctions on online applications in some countries, SWFT is not available for users in the United States, Mainland China and other regions. If you wish to use SWFT, make sure your network IP is compliant. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
2、What types of Ⓜ️EER assets are currently supported by SWFT？
SWFT currently only supports QNG networks and supports transactions between MEers and USDT on QNG networks. It should be noted that UTXO MEER transactions are not currently supported due to the address type of the MEER network being different from the QNG network. If you want to trade UTXO MEER, convert it to EVM MEER first, that is, transfer the MEER to the QNG network, and then trade it.
3、How long does it usually take to exchange assets in SWFT？
The exchange process usually takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. However, if the blockchain network is congested, it may take longer, about 20 to 30 minutes. If your exchange has not been completed for more than 20 minutes, please contact the official customer service of the platform immediately for further assistance and feedback.
4、What is the exchange fee charged by SWFT？
SWFT charges a 0.3% commission per order (including exchange and withdrawal fees), plus additional miner fees, which are subject to fluctuations in on-chain miner fees. It is important to note that when exchanging MEER, do not exchange all MEER, but keep a small portion of MEER as the Gas fee. These fees and gas fees will ensure that your transaction is successful and processed quickly.
5、About MEER exchange quota?
The limit of a single exchange operation is not less than 15U and not more than 500U equivalent MEER. The actual limit is subject to the display on the platform.
6、About USDT (QITMEER) cross-chain quota?
The limit of a single cross-chain operation is no less than 17U and no more than 560U equivalent USDT (QITMEER). The actual limit is subject to the display on the platform.
7、Why is the latest order in progress?
If your latest order has been in progress, it may be because there was an outstanding transaction before. In this case, you can choose to override the previous transaction to continue. Make sure that before you do this, you have confirmed and understood the status of previous transactions to avoid unexpected situations. 8、Why did I not receive the Token after the exchange?
