Qitmeer Network has announced that it will host a hackathon at Birmingham City University's Innovation Festival to provide an opportunity for on-campus students to demonstrate and practice blockchain technology. The event will be held from 10:00 am to 14:00 (GMT+1) on May 17. In this innovation festival, Qitmeer and other well-known enterprises such as IBM, Microsoft, and Santander Bank participated in the support and sponsorship of various competition awards.

Hackathon Competition is a programming-themed technology competition that encourages developers to create ideas, share experiences, collaborate and innovate, achieve rapid prototyping and bring it to market, inspire innovative thinking, and explore the application of blockchain technology in different fields.
